Our Story
Reframed (originally Dynamic Insight Partners), a women-owned and operated business, was founded in January of 2019 by Jennifer Duran and Stephanie Salisian, two colleagues and friends. As ambitious working moms trying to juggle the demands of raising young children, pursuing meaningful work, and navigating the dynamics of being women in the workplace, the two set out to Reframe their careers.
With a shared passion for unlocking potential and purpose in people at work, Jennifer and Stephanie founded Reframed on the core value of delivering the work they love with clients they love. They hope that as the firm continues to grow, so does the impact it has on its clients and the organizations they lead.
